Tostones and ajo sauce(garlic sauce) ~ Caribbean
The dish is made from sliced green (unripe) plantains cut either length-wise or width-wise and are twice fried.
My family likes to make a sauce mixing ketchup and mayo for it. Ita really goood
i’ve only had them with ketchup so far, but i love garlic, so i figure ajo sauce will also be yummy.
